Senior Product Manager
Former 2X Tech Startup Founder

Laudio

I was Senior Product Manager at Laudio, a Boston based health tech startup whose employee management platform is used in 40 US and UK hospitals automating workflows so that nurses and doctors don't burnout. I worked heavily on improving all the people and operations product features (including employee rounding, time and attendance, mandatories, professional development, peer feedback, etc.).

Lyfebulb: TransplantLyfe, RareCancerLyfe & IBDLyfe

I was the Director of Digital Product at Lyfebulb, a NYC health tech startup that creates digital health community platforms for people with chronic diseases. I directed product management for TransplantLyfe, a digital health community platform for organ transplant patients and caregivers. I also launched and directed product management for two additional digital health community platforms: RareCancerLyfe and IBDLyfe, for rare cancer and inflammatory bowel disease patients and caregivers.

These platforms are for patients and caregivers to connect and get answers to their questions via discussion forums, be matched for friendship with people in the community based on similarities and interests, tracking of key biometrics and sending those trackings to doctors, direct messaging, webinar library, clinical trials, educational series and blogs, and other key resources.

WorkStrive

The second startup I founded was health and wellness subscription based platform, WorkStrive. It was the 1st online marketplace (mobile and web), which allowed remote workers to book a dedicated furnished workspace at fitness locations (gyms and studios) along with a class or workout of their choosing. I launched WorkStrive with 4 Washington, DC locations in late 2019. I heavily focused on improving remote working customer's physical health and wellness (around fitness) and mental health (around isolation/loneliness) and creating a new revenue stream for businesses from their empty space, real estate, and amenities during the day.

I ran all agile product management and product development from ideation to launch to iterations.

Place Tempo

The first startup I founded, Place Tempo, was an iPhone and Android mobile app that matched users in real-time with the best places nearby to remote work or study based on their productivity and focusing needs (fast Wi-Fi, open seating, quiet, open outlets, how busy, music playing, etc.) while offering deals and promotions from businesses. It was active on 5 DC area universities and throughout the DC area. I heavily focused on increasing productivity and focus for remote workers and students and creating new revenue streams for businesses by driving customers in during their off peak hours.

I ran all agile product management and product development from ideation to launch to iterations.
