About Me
I’ve spent my entire career building, launching and growing tech products and startups. I have a passion for health tech and find building ideas into tech products to be exhilarating.
I was Senior Product Manager at Laudio, a Boston based health tech startup whose employee management platform is used in 40 US and UK hospitals automating workflows so that nurses and doctors don't burnout. I worked heavily on improving all the people and operations product areas.
Prior to that, I was Director of Digital Product at Lyfebulb, a NYC health tech startup that builds digital health platforms for people with chronic diseases. I directed product management for TransplantLyfe, a digital health community platform for organ transplant patients and caregivers. I also launched and directed product management for two additional digital health community platforms: RareCancerLyfe and IBDLyfe, for rare cancer and inflammatory bowel disease patients and caregivers.
Prior to that, I was the Founder, CEO and Product Lead of two tech startups, WorkStrive and Place Tempo. The 2nd startup I founded, WorkStrive, was a health and wellness subscription based online marketplace, which allowed remote workers to book a dedicated furnished workspace at fitness locations along with a class or workout. The 1st startup I founded, Place Tempo, was a mobile app (iOS and Android) that matched users in real-time with the best places to remote work or study based on their productivity and focusing needs while offering deals and promotions.
I ran all agile product management and product development for both my startups and launched them across the Washington, DC region. I wore many other hats for my startups as well, and worked hard to build relationships and onboard business owners by going door to door across DC and other cities pitching and talking with every gym, fitness studio and yoga studio as well as restaurant, cafe and coffee shop for each of my respective startups.
Prior to my startups, I worked simultaneously on both the engineering and business teams (leading Software QA) for B2C and SaaS enterprise tech startups in Boston. I graduated Magna Cum Laude (3.76 GPA) from Appalachian State University with a Bachelors of Science in Advertising and Entrepreneurship and defended a honors thesis.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing comedy, creativity of all sorts, history, walking across cities exploring, water activities, and podcasts, among other things.
