I was Senior Product Manager at Laudio, a Boston based health tech startup whose employee management platform is used in 40 US and UK hospitals automating workflows so that nurses and doctors don't burnout. I worked heavily on improving all the people and operations product features (including employee rounding, time and attendance, mandatories, professional development, peer feedback, etc.).

The Laudio platform helps frontline managers make more frequent, timely, and relevant interactions with their staff and automates repetitive workflows.
